Born and raised in Whatcom County, Jennifer started
in the restaurant business at the age of 12 working
as a dishwasher in her parent’s pizza parlor in
Everson. She moved onto work as a prep cook, cook,
and waitress. Her parents opened another restaurant
in the Bellingham area where Jennifer continued to
work until she was 17.
She came to Wood Stone in 2000 with years of
customer service experience, a can-do attitude and a
great laugh. Jennifer demonstrated her eye for
detail by creating the order entry desk and new
processes that increased efficiencies for sales,
production, accounts receivable, purchasing, and
ultimately for Wood Stone customers.
In
2007, Jennifer was asked to join the sales team. The
move to sales was a natural fit, being she already
had a wonderful knowledge of Wood Stone products and
great relationships with Wood Stone customers.
Jennifer is known in the office for her positive and
infectious energy. She always remembers the
birthdays of her co-workers and is always working on
putting together surprise events or thoughtful
gifts.
She is an animal lover and can always be relied upon
for great book and music recommendations. She loves
to garden, travel and enjoys long walks along Birch
Bay with her two dogs.
Jennifer's motto? Life is Good.
