Jamie Smith

Born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, Jamie started working at the age of 14 on a small farm in Fall City where they gave pony rides to kids for birthday parties. She then ventured into the restaurant industry at the age of 16 at Inglewood Golf and Country Club and eventually moved up to Bellingham, WA where she worked at two fine-dining restaurants as a waitress and bartender while attending college at WWU. Her favorite season is Fall with the changing colors, smell of spices, baking, turkey, and football!

Jamie came to Wood Stone through her previous employment at Anthony’s Hearthfire Grill where she waited on Wood Stone and their guests from all over the world. She has been living in Whatcom County since the summer of 2005, where she met her husband and together purchased their first home in 2008.

She enjoys the fast pace at Wood Stone and is always up for a challenge! She enjoys camping, boating, watching football, playing with their two dogs, hanging out with friends and cooking. One day she would like to own a Bistro 4343!

Jamie's favorite Wood Stone recipe is hard to narrow down but she enjoys the pepperoni and black olive pizza, Wood Stone's olive tapenade on focaccia and Chef Tim's marinated pineapples.
