Pizza Peels - Solid or Perforated

Wood Stone Pizza Peels from Zio Pepe.  These Stainless Steel peels are perfect for moving pizzas in your oven as they bake.  The approximate 8" head can be solid, or perforated (for lighter weight). Each peel has two plastic grips, one of which is movable for easy operation. Top

Utility Peel

Move or rotate any size pizza with nearly surgical precision with Wood Stone’s utility peel. The 8-inch diameter utility peel is also very useful for moving pans, placing wood on the fire and removing ash. This is such a useful tool that most people order two. Top

Brass Bristle Brush

Brass bristle brushes are vital tools for efficient oven operation. The heavy-duty, brass-bristled, wooden head is beveled to facilitate debris removal from all corners of the oven. The floor brush is available in two styles; we recommend the "T" style for our gas ovens and the "in-line" style for our wood-fired ovens. Extra 10" brush heads are available. Top

Natural Fiber Brush

Although more susceptible to heat damage than our brass bristled brushes, we find this large, natural fiber brush to be indispensable. Top

Mopping Floor Brush (with Round Head)

Wood Stone Mopping Floor Brush from Zio Pepe.  Also utilizing natural fibers, this round-headed brush is the perfect "mopping" brush to run over the floor with a little dampness to pick up any extra flour, semolina, etc. Top

Bubble Hook

The bubble hook is for popping pizza dough bubbles before they get out of hand. Made from heavy gauge stainless steel, it is also great for moving pans, trays and even wood. Available in multiple lengths. Top

Particle / Ash Shovel

Our heavy gauge stainless steel shovel is designed to safely remove ash and coals from wood-fired ovens. Its front is beveled to remove ash from even hard to reach parts of the oven. Available in multiple lengths. Top
