Designer Modular

The Designer Modular offering is probably the most popular concept in our family of Designer Series Ovens. With it the designer can choose from different modules and build their own custom configuration. Designer Modular gives the designer both the flexibility to meet the clients specific needs and at the same time defines certain set parameters for efficient construction and performance. Let us tell you a bit more about these modules.

Base Modules

Base modules are Stone Hearth Oven Modules. These building blocks can come in different arrangements defined by their doorways, a single cooking chamber, and their corresponding dimensions, and can be combined with other modules. Common configurations include one doorway (36in x 48in) two doorways (72in x 48in) even three doorways (108in x 48in). These base modules feature single-piece floor construction, Infra-Red burners (IR) and several Radiant Flame Gas (RFG) burner choices. They can also be configured with removable Viewing Windows.

Specialty Modules

Specialty Modules, as their name implies, are modules that can serve special requirements. For instance we offer a very popular gas broiler module. Another exciting choice is to take our Whatcom Vertical Spit Gas Rotisserie and integrate it in the Modular design.
