Oven Model
Mt. Rainier Wood-Fired Oven (WS-MS-7-W).

Today Zizzi's primarily uses our gas with wood option (RFG-W) configurations of the Mt. Baker (MS-WS-6-RFG-W) and Mt. Rainier (WS-MS-7-RFG-W) 

Oven Facade
This installation utilizes a Custom Finish option, what we call Stucco-Ready.  In this option we send the oven ready for stucco application.
