This installation is an excellent example of using Facade Extensions.  Specifically, this installation uses the Curved Doorway and Curved Lower Service Panel Facade Extensions (in "Small Radius").  A tutorial of how to build a facade using the Small Radius curved extensions can be seen at Cylinder Wall (Silo) Facade Tutorial.
